We're seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a flexible moonlighting role that offers an excellent opportunity to earn extra income. This role is to provide low-volume on-call restraint and seclusion coverage during your choice of weekday evenings from Monday to Friday (5:00 PM - 8:00 AM) and full 24-hour shifts on Saturday and/or Sunday (8:00 AM - 8:00 AM). Our Doctor-on-call covers all primary call duties, which means minimal disruptions to your evenings. In-person response is required for a low volume of restraint sign-offs. Due to a 1-hour restraint response requirement, you should live near our facility located south of Boston. StaffDocs provides a competitive nightly base rate, with additional compensation per call-in for restraint sign-offs, and is structured to allow you to manage the role from primarily home. Candidates should be comfortable with detox and restraint protocols, sedation, and essential psychiatric medication management. This position may be ideal if you're a PMHNP seeking additional income while balancing a regular schedule.
