Dr. Hayden Barmada, MD, MPH, is a dedicated psychiatrist and healthcare leader driven by his passion for delivering superior patient care. As the founder and president of StaffDocs, a physician-led group specializing in psychiatric services, Dr. Barmada prioritizes his role as a doctor first, ensuring that every decision at StaffDocs aligns with his commitment to compassionate, high-quality care. He founded StaffDocs in 2016 to meet the growing need for accessible, patient-centered mental health services, particularly in underserved communities.

Dr. Barmada completed his psychiatry residency and earned a Master’s in Public Health at Boston University, where he developed a keen interest in healthcare management and policy. Residing in Boston, he is board-certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, reflecting his dedication to clinical excellence and ongoing learning. Through StaffDocs, Dr. Barmada blends his clinical expertise with his vision for a more effective and equitable healthcare system, impacting patients’ lives with both direct care and thoughtful leadership.
