StaffDocs is offering an exciting locum tenens psychiatry opportunity in central Alabama, starting June 2025 for a 3–6 month term, with the potential to extend. This full-time Monday–Friday role (8 AM–5 PM) involves no call responsibilities and a manageable caseload of 8–10 patients, focused on bread-and-butter outpatient psychiatry. You’ll work closely with a skilled and supportive on-site Nurse Practitioner, making it a collaborative and well-supported environment. We provide paid flights, housing, and a rental car, along with a generous compensation package. This opportunity is based in a vibrant mid-sized city in the heart of Alabama, known for its deep Southern roots, revitalized main street, and easy access to scenic outdoor escapes.
